TopDawg is a B2B SaaS platform that connects retailers with U.S.-based wholesale suppliers through a fully integrated dropshipping solution. We serve over 20,000 active retailers and host products from more than 3,000 suppliers. I am the CEO.

What was the primary purpose of bringing Radixweb into the project?

We hired Radixweb to build, manage, and continually develop our end-to-end B2B dropshipping platform. The scope included front-end and user interface design, development of back-end architecture, integration with multiple third-party services, and deployment of cloud hosting services on AWS.

How did you find Radixweb, and why did you select them over other firms?

We found Radixweb through an online search when we were reviewing potential vendors with experience in projects similar to ours. The decision to stick with them was based on three factors – their alignment with our organizational values, their work culture that operated compatible with ours, and the cost structure that seemed reasonable without risks.

We've had about six to ten people working with us. Radixweb has served as our core development partner responsible for building and maintaining the TopDawg platform, which includes a custom-built web-based application for B2B dropshipping. They developed our full tech stack, from scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS to user-facing tools like our retailer dashboards, product catalog management, real-time inventory sync, order automation, shipping integrations, and API documentation. They've also played a major role in integrations with platforms like Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, and eBay. The team continues to deliver new features, resolve technical challenges, and provide DevOps support.

We now serve over 20,000 active retailers and host products from more than 3,000 suppliers. Their development work enabled us to launch seamless integrations with Shopify, Walmart, and eBay, resulting in a significant increase in retailer adoption and product engagement. With their implementation of our infrastructure and automation capabilities, we've also seen a 50%+ reduction in support ticket resolution for order processing and platform errors. Our system uptime has remained above 99.9%, and platform response times have dramatically improved, providing a better overall user experience. These measurable improvements have helped us enhance retailer satisfaction, increase retention, and support consistent monthly revenue growth.
